ABSTRACT
Any approach to testing must be documented in order to demonstrate that an appropriate riskbased approach has been taken.
For small or simple systems the test strategy may be obvious at the start of the project. Where it is possible to reference a corporate (division or site) policy, this may be included in the Validation Master Plan (VMP), or possibly in the Project Quality Plan (PQP).
