ABSTRACT
Development of snow-control system on roadway and dissemination of specially designed house for heavy snowfall area had brought better standard of winter life in snowy region, Japan. While, in spite of recent trend of warm winter and scarcity snowfall, around 10 persons are died every year by an accident while at snow-removing work, only in Niigata Prefecture, Japan. It seems the accident risk of snow-removing work gradually increases in these days.
