ABSTRACT
The aircraft commander, pilot in command (PIC) or captain should discuss and plan the “who, what, when, where, and how” of the flight with fellow crew members, and ensure that everyone understands. If one doesn’t agree, it doesn’t mean that he/she is right and the aircraft commander should change his/her mind, but it would be foolish to proceed without consideration of the other point(s) of view. The captain or PIC is the final authority with the responsibility for the safe conduct of the flight.
