ABSTRACT
Description: NutropinAq is an aqueous formulation of (recombinant) human growth hormone (hGH) (somatropin), a 191-amino acid, 22-kDa polypeptide hormone. NutropinAq is produced by recombinant DNA technology in a modified Escherichia coli strain. It is presented as a solution for subcutaneous administration in vials (or, in some world regions, in cartridges to be used with a delivery device, the NutropinAQ Pen).
