ABSTRACT
In today’s fast-paced business environment, opportunities can appear and disappear in an instant. Therefore, companies must be able not only to plan for their survival in a factual and documented manner but also to control the execution of their plans in accordance with their boards’ strategic directives. A plan-versus-realities comparison must be properly laid out, tested, and kept up to date.
