ABSTRACT

Understanding and implementing the components of the ISA is not enough to ensure a successful program. It is necessary to understand what obstacles will lie in the way of an ISA project implementation. It is very similar to studying the offensive and defensive plays of the opposing team in football, or anticipating an enemy’s moves in war. If one has an idea of what the opposing team or force might do, then one is in a better position to counter their moves. The objective of the ISA is to develop a well-organized and effective security program as efficiently as possible and with minimal resistance. When one analyzes the most probable obstacles and understands how to deal with them, one will be in a better position to move the ISA project on a smooth path to completion.
