ABSTRACT
For CRAs, investigators and project managers alike, the announcement of an impending QA audit can be as welcome as a knock on the door from the secret police. Nevertheless, some of my best friends are auditors, and I feel I owe it to them to shed some light on what is regarded by many as a black art.
