There is no output from Program 3.1.1, apart from the permanent dataset.
In Program 3.1.1, the data, including the new “tnfaver”, along with the labels are saved as file “a:\data\tnfdata.sas7bdat”. Formats are saved as file “a:\formats\formats.sas7bcat”. The dataset and formats can be accessed at any point in the future, as required. Note that the directory “a:\formats” must already exist.
