ABSTRACT
The critical factor in project implementation is the people available to do the job — their numbers, their skills and their motivation. Therefore, filling both organization and project roles is the critical factor. As people take up their roles, efforts to make short-and long-term improvements can begin. Figure 13.1 is a flowchart of the required processes.
