ABSTRACT
The terms “framework,” “methodology,” and “approach” tend to confuse many people because books, journals, and articles mix their usage. Even in the previous chapters, I have used these terms frequently and perhaps confused some readers as to whether LEA is a framework, a methodology, or an approach. LEA is a framework with the understanding that true environments use multiple methodologies and approaches. Using a lightweight framework, LEA provides the flexibility of multiple methodologies and approaches selected as appropriate for each project.
