ABSTRACT
The fundamental belief for LEA is the observation that most organizations use technology inefficiently and that complexity is the culprit in these organizations. This results in cost overages, long implementation cycles, and failed expectations within these organizations. Often, the resources in these organizations attributed the failures to the diverse technology within the enterprise.
