ABSTRACT
Once a source is selected to perform work under contract, a great deal of effort
still remains for the sponsor or sponsor’s agent before work is actually initi-
ated, and more still before the desired product is in hand. At the front of this
process is the development of a contract that ensures that desired work will be
done and that the final product will meet your needs.
