ABSTRACT
The isotropic planar harmonic oscillator in a uniform magnetic field perpendicular to the plane of the oscillator presents a simplest example of the application of the perturbation theory to the degenerated unperturbed system. Therefore the exact solution of this simple problem would be of some interest. The purpose of this remark is to present this solution.
