A Comparison of Model and Parameter Uncertainties in Groundwater Flow and Solute Transport Predictions

The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the relationship between the complexity of groundwater models and the overaD uncertainty in model predictions. This study is based on the hypothesis that uncertainty and variability in model input parameters are often large enough that the efforts involved in applying sophisticated computer models may not be warranted.
