ABSTRACT
In the exceedingly competitive airline operations the prime differentiator between numerous operators remains cost and responsiveness. To address that, a number of operational strategies for airline scheduling are employed. A sequential scheduling procedure helps with airline schedule construction by addressing fleet assignment, aircraft routing, crew pairings, and so on. On the other hand, a more integrated scheduling procedure is helpful to gain efficiency across flight networks.
