ABSTRACT
The patent laws specifically provide for granting a territorial license under the patent; hence, such can be entered into. An exclusive license can likewise be granted. A suit for patent infringement against one who is making, using, or selling the invention in the United States can be brought if reasonable grounds are present for believing there is an infringement.
