The evaluation of the changes can be weakened by the use of tranquilizers or other drugs. However, the drugs may bring more problems than they eliminate. It is also possible to use mediation and self-hypnosis methods. Change of Attitude has been recognized that changing the way a successful person attacks a problem can be stressful. Fear of failure is recognized as one of the greatest barriers to change and hence progress. A habit is an acquired or developed mode of behavior that has become nearly or completely voluntary, a custom, practice, or way. An attitude is a behavior representative of feeling or conviction, A persistent disposition to act either positively or negatively toward a person, group, object, situation, or value. The body receives input into the mind through the five senses, sight, sound, touch, smell, and taste, and translates this information in the mind based on an evaluation analyzed by the emotions and intellect.
