The worksheets in this chapter are actual check sheets, forms, and charts collected at Japanese plants that have implemented TPM. You can browse them page by page to find something to serve your situation, or refer to the “Implementation Overview for TPM Innovation” (pages 203–216), which keys the worksheets to specific topics and steps from the chapters of this book. Blank versions of most of these worksheets are included for reference. If a worksheet does not quite fit your situation, you can use it as a model for a form that suits your company’s needs.
