ABSTRACT
Chlorpyrifos is an organophosphate pesticide, commonly referred to under the trade names, Dursban 7 or Lorsban 7 . It is used on farms both as a dip for cattle and as a spray dust for control of crop pests. Chlorpyrifos is also used in homes to control cockroaches, termites and fleas. Some pet collars use chlorpyrifos to control fleas and ticks.
