ABSTRACT
In this chapter, we review briefly some of the facts about Hilbert space operators and Sobolev space theory which will be needed to read this book. Most of the material can be found in books such as R.A. Adams [1], J.B. Conway [1], K.R. Davidson [1], R.G. Douglas [1] or W. Rudin [1].
