ABSTRACT
In the Prerequisites (P.8) to Volume 1, I have given a brief account of the elementary parts of linear algebra. In this section I shall resume the discussion from (P.8), and introduce some more advanced parts of linear algebra needed in this volume. Note: The numbering of the formulas in this section is a continuation of the numbering of Section (P.8) in Volume I (hence, formulas (P.8.1)–(P.8.16) refers to the Section (P.8) of Volume I).
