ABSTRACT
Metabolic pathways are those termed Phase I reactions which include oxidation, reduction, and hydrolysis, and Phase II reactions which are conjugation reactions such as sulfo-conjugation, glucuronidation, glutathione and amino acid conjugation, methylation, acetylation, glucosidation and hydration.
