ABSTRACT
Since his first step on the earth, man had realized that his life as well as his animal’s and his plant’s are tied with the presence of water. From this bare fact he started to secure water for himself and his crops and animals the year round. He searched for this precious material on the land surface and underground and even on tops of mountains. He taught himself how to store and to keep it clean. He tried to apply progressive technology in obtaining it without any contamination.
