ABSTRACT
As apparent from the material in the previous chapters, the solution of inverse problems involving different heat transfer modes generally requires the solution of their associated direct problems. Therefore, the ability of a method of solution of inverse problems to handle complex physical situations is closely related to the direct problem method of solution.
