ABSTRACT
The practical use of Internet technology within the enterprise is changing the way business is conducted. Traditional barriers within the enterprise and between enterprises are pulled down as the interactivity is guaranteed around the clock. Practically, there is no way back to business practices based on personal interaction, paper-based processes, and batch-type data processing.
