Pseudodifferential Operators

For a ∈ S ^∞ and φ ∈ S, the integral defining a(x,D)φ(x) in the Introduction to Chapters 2 and 3 (see also the statement of Theorem 3.1 below) is absolutely convergent, and we are going to show that it even defines a function in S.
