ABSTRACT
It is advisable for any organization whose property is likely to be hit by graffiti to have a written policy on graffiti removal, surface protection and other countermeasures. The internal publication of such a policy clarifies the organization’s stance on the problem and lets employees know how they are expected to deal with graffiti, and what they should do if they come across anyone defacing property.
