ABSTRACT
This approach is applicable to a large family of shape optimization problem, it is in fact a generic way to solve shape optimization problem related to elasticity. We will see how this formulation gives, in a very natural way, numerical schemes using only one or two meshes and since this method can be applied to numerous problem s the difficulties encountered to solve the pit slope problem are representative of any other shape problem solved with this approach.
