ABSTRACT
This chapter presents some specific design elements for fluidized bed catalytic cracking. Catalytic cracking with moving bed is currently of low interest and was discussed in an earlier work of the author [1]. Actually, the issues that are specific to moving bed systems in regard to thermal processes were discussed in Section 5.3 and can be used for computations pertaining to catalytic cracking in such systems.
