ABSTRACT
Implementing a different kind of system will mean using a different approach. This chapter presents the basic structure of how a TOC-based information system should be implemented. The key issue is to ensure that when the implementation is complete, the company will be able to use the system to attain its goal. This means that not only should the system be available and work properly, but also that it should be used to support the implementation of the theory of constraints.
