ABSTRACT
The vascular surgeon may occasionally encounter organ or limb ischemia resulting from vasculitic or dysplastic lesions distinct from the much more common atherosclerotic process. This chapter will discuss these unusual disorders and review diagnostic and therapeutic options in the most common lesions.
