This chapter also presents the overview of disease screening methods for few chosen domains, such as osteoporosis, retinal health, skin cancer, disease in lungs, brain abnormality, and breast abnormality. It outlines the role of the computer supported schemes executed to improve the detection accuracy for a range of clinical images The chapter presents imaging modalities and its assessment technique with suitable examples. The rapid development in modern science and technology supports the people with an improved living ambience. The superior livelihood assists the persons to use an ample services; including the state of the art medical services with field level and remote monitoring facilities. Due to its medical significance, a considerable amount of semi-automated and automated illness recognition schemes are proposed by the researchers to identify a variety of diseases. In human physiology, brain is the chief organ, which is in charge to evaluate the entire physiological signal coming from other sensory sections and take the essential managing actions.
