ABSTRACT

Several papers have been published that give accounts of particular isolation technology projects, especially in the field of pharmaceutical production; some good examples are found in Isolation Technology (Wagner and Akers 1995), previously cited in this book. However, it seems appropriate to end this book with two additional examples of isolation in action, to give the reader a flavour of some real-life situations.
