ABSTRACT
Digital logic is used in computers and a huge range of technical applications. It is all based on electronic circuits like the OR and AND gates we met in Chapter 9. Transistors make natural high-speed switches and everyday PC’s use circuits which switch currents at rates of typically 109 Hz today. Here, we will explore the basic elements and logic used in digital systems.
