ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses the generation of re-attributed data for each replicate for the 43 genotypes using the re-attribution formulae for genotypes 1-41 and 43. The princos for the replicates are calculated using the linear combination of attributes determined for the princo on the (two-plot) mean data. The calculation is confined to the behaviour of the first principal component (over attributes; for individuals or groups) and behaviour of adjusted attributes for successive groups of genotypes (and not for individual genotypes). The chapter also considers the residuals from the regression of the princo for each environment on the mean of the princos from the other environments for genotypes 1-43.
