ABSTRACT
This chapter aims to describe the uses of tools for modifying parts of drawings. The Modify tools are among those most frequently used tools in AutoCAD 2020. The chapter describes the use of the Erase tool and the Explode tool from the Home/Modify panel. It explains other modify tools available in the Home/Modify panel. They are: Copy tool, Mirror tool, Offset tool, Array tool, Move Tool, Rotate Tool, Scale Tool, Trim Tool, Stretch Tool, Break Tool, Join Tool, Extend Tool, and Fillet and Chamfer Tools. The chapter presents a step-by-step instruction and examples to perform drawing using the modify tools. It provides exercise for the reader to perform the drawing using modify tools.
