ABSTRACT
Electrochemotherapy (ECT) is one of the modalities of neoadjuvant/adjuvant treatment in locally recurrent/advanced disease patients. ECT is one of the modalities of treatment in locally recurrent disease patients when all the other options have been failed. It is not only the biomedical application of tissue electroporation but also has to be envisioned as the first step toward a wide use of electroporation in clinical application, most important in electro gene therapy and transdermal drug delivery.
