ABSTRACT
Creation of cyber arms and their following evolution generated a new global threat landscape, that covertly penetrates land, sea, air and space military domains and where no one is safe. Overly accessible cyber offensive tools and techniques reached into the physical world and amplified conventional weaponry, including weapons of mass destructions. This chapter traces the cyber arms evolution, analyses and classifies cyber arms, tools and techniques, dwells upon their dual character, deterrence effects and attribution dilemma, reviews the latest cyber events, explores the multibillion cyber arms industry, thriving cyber markets and profits of the organized cybercrime.
