ABSTRACT
The philosopher and scholar Erasmus, one of the greatest minds of the Renaissance period, once wrote: “In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.” The preceding pages partially opened your eyes, and you’re on your way to becoming ruler of all you survey. But you won’t be able to truly see until you get out into the world and start finding and getting involved with crowdfunding deals in real life. Until then, all of this wisdom is just a mental exercise. In our final time together, I want to offer some parting words, some of caution, some of advice, but most of all, words of encouragement to get you started on your journey.
