ABSTRACT
In this section, I am going to talk about the influence of cycles on the real estate market. Cycles can be dangerous. They are dangerous if you are riding them on the road, and if you’ll permit me the pun, they are also dangerous when you think about the impact that an economic cycle can have on your real estate portfolio. They can cause the value of your portfolio to drop precipitously and, worse than that, put you in a position where you could actually lose everything.
