ABSTRACT
In this section, we talk about the five different types of real estate. While there are only five main types, each contains its own unique elements. For the most part, only a portion of what we discuss is currently available in the crowdfunding real estate investment space. In the near future, more of these asset types will adopt real estate crowdfunding to finance their deals, so it is well worth knowing what they are and how each asset is segmented.
