ABSTRACT
Humpty Dumpty is brought in to see you following a fall. His friends report that he was sitting on a 2 metre wall when he fell backwards. He has been drinking heavily. He immediately complained of neck pain and has not walked since the fall. He was alert at the scene and is otherwise fit and well and takes no regular medication.
