ABSTRACT
The Swiss Robinson family turn up as a group to your GP surgery. They have just returned from the East Indies where they were shipwrecked on an island for several years. Fritz Robinson, the eldest son, is the focus of this consultation. He describes a rash over his foot. It was quite itchy and he thought maybe it was a bite or something. He is otherwise systemically well. The rash is shown ( Fig. 13.1 ).
