ABSTRACT
A fireman is rushed to the emergency department having been brought directly from a house fire in a small Welsh village where he was found unconscious in a burning room. He is alert and able to talk with a croaky voice and tells you his name is Sam. He has extensive burns across his body. You note some singeing of his nasal hairs and burns on his face.
