ABSTRACT
A 24-year-old big bad wolf presents to the emergency department in an ambulance. The crew report that he was found next to a pile of sticks and straw. A pig had called 999 from the safety of his stone house but had not helped as he was concerned for his own safety. Police were on the scene. The patient was struggling to breathe and apart from some inhalers, cigarettes and a packet of pork scratchings in his pockets, there was no other history from the patient. A passer-by said he had sounded very wheezy when exhaling.
