ABSTRACT
Chapters 1 and 2 have focused on describing the INLA and SPDE methodologies, respectively. In this chapter we introduce more complex models that require the use of several likelihoods. These examples will focus on models with a multivariate response, how to deal with measurement error and using part of the linear predictor of one variable as part of the linear predictor of another variable.
