ABSTRACT
Heterodera oryzicola has been reported as a serious pest of rice from the following states in India: Kerala, Orissa, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh and West Bengal. Kuriyan (1985) has observed 25.5-31.8% losses in the yield from Trivandrum and Quilon (Kerala).
