ABSTRACT

As companies, institutions, military programs, and successful businesses move forward, it is important and mandatory to monitor the effective process of Quality Assurance based on the number of topics, including time frame, cost, and performance. Quality Assurance auditors need to know all people working at all companies and institutions and also outside contractors, suppliers and others to help complete monitoring tasks and activities. When more people are involved, staying on track will be better for monitoring of processes for Quality Assurance and take the advantage in aspects of programs and projects. The Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) model is widely used to implement process and product Quality Assurance in companies and organizations. The CMMI maturity levels can be divided into important steps, which achieve by performing specific activities within companies and organizations. Plans and policies are helpful when performing Quality Assurance audits and reviews and to define company and institution expectations and is visible to management and team members.
