ABSTRACT

All companies, institutions, military, and successful businesses need to advance Quality Assurance performance and improvement to ensure processes are followed and are compliant to all needs. A critical part of implementing Quality Assurance performance and improvement enables management, team members, and staff employees to report issues and events that might affect the ability to deliver services of very high standards. Progress has many stages that management and employees need to follow and know their roles and responsibilities to ensure that Quality Assurance performance and improvement is working. Guidelines for the preparation and accomplishment of Quality Assurance performance: One of the guidelines and values from performance is the ability to prepare daily ideas or concepts that provide the objectives to be accomplished. Management, team members and employees have opportunities to resolve situations to strong understanding, make changes to improve processes, implement change and have open communication for problem-solving.
