ABSTRACT

Management and employees who work for companies, institutions, military, and successful businesses always ask questions that need to be answered relating to the purpose of Quality Assurance techniques. The ability to answer many questions from management and employees depends on the effective answers from the Quality Assurance representative that must handle questions and answers in meetings, so all management and employees should understand the answers provided. A Quality Assurance representative has the capability to conduct questions and answers from management and employees on a consistent basis. It is important to ensure that there are zero defects in management decisions and implementing changes. Quality Assurance processes should always support employees that catch a lot of criticism during management changes. Employees need Quality Assurance processes and require help and support from Quality Assurance representatives. To build a career in quality it is important for Quality Assurance interviews, questions and answers for companies, institutions, military and businesses working together and become better.
